Refund & Returns Policy
Introduction
At Activation Keep LTD, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. We understand that sometimes an item may not be what you expected, so if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging when applicable. Digital products can only be returned after you have signed a Non-Use Declaration related to the purchased product. Any digital product that has been installed and or activated is not eligible for a refund.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is used, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@vaneyo.com.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or used. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@activationkeep.com or send your item to: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London.

To return your product, send it back to us at support@activationkeep.com.
Process of Refunds Within 30 Days
If, for any reason, within 30 days of the date of purchase, you decide that you no longer need the purchased product, you are eligible for a full refund of your order. Please follow these steps:
Note: Products which have already been used are not subject to return.
- Send us a request for a refund with the information about your order (e.g., order number, phone number, screenshot of the invoice). Please email it to: support@activationkeep.com.
- After we receive your request and track your order, we will issue a Non-Use Declaration Form, which will be filled with your personal and order information.
- After receiving the Non-Use Declaration, we will process your return and refund the product within 48 hours.
Please keep in mind that the money arrival date depends on the bank, but it should reach you between 5-7 working days.
If you did not receive a return label, please send an email to support@activationkeep.com.
Please Note: If you have received a faulty product, it is important that you send an email to support@activationkeep.com before returning your order. We will then help you with the returns procedure and find an appropriate solution.
How Can I Cancel An Order?
You’ll have the option to cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 1 hour. Just reply to the Confirmation email by “I want to cancel my order”. If it’s been longer than 60 minutes, email support@activationkeep.com Directly and we’ll help you to cancel your order.
Order Cancellation Confirmation
If you’ve canceled your order, you’ll receive another email once the order has successfully been canceled. If you haven’t received a cancellation confirmation email, let us know at support@activationkeep.com (and include your original order number) and we’ll take a look!
NOTE: If your order has not been purchased via www.activationkeep.com, the return policy of the shop where you did purchase the product will apply.
